Another batch of F16s flew in starburst formation. There was a cable overhead so this photo had to be carefully edited to paint out the cable that runs across the entire photograph!

This is supposed to be the "third-generation" Singapore soldier. I'm not sure what one can see through the visor - seems hot an an impediment to vision. But hey, it looked good.

For the first time, naval displays were possible, including divers jumping into the water. They were then picked up at high speed by speedboats.
